Sharing Our Podcast Content Using Creative Commons

Over the past years we have met many insightful and experienced people and recorded an outstanding amount of 'gold' content from all corners of the New Zealand tech, start-up and media industry. This content is something we are both proud of and we know it makes a difference to the ever growing ICT industries. As people hear the stories they are drawn to find out more, start their own companies and learn from those ahead of them.

From old hands such as Rod Drury and Victoria MacLennan, through "stay-ups" and regulars such as Anna Guenther to the students and those that have newly entered the tech world such as Kate Henderson and Kendall Flutey we are on a mission to share each and everyone's story (get in touch if that's you or someone you'd like to hear).

To make it easier for others to share our podcasts (or just bits of a podcast) we are now licensing all our audio content using Creative Commons

What does the Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) licence mean:

You are free to:

  • Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
  • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material

for any purpose, even commercially.
The licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as you follow the license terms.

Under the following terms:

  • Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
  • ShareAlike — If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.

No additional restrictions — You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.
